Returns (Free Exchanges, Easy Returns)

We’re not happy unles you’re happy. Contact us for returns within five days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We will email you a fedex ground label and you can send the boots right back to us. If you are exchanging for another pair of boots, return shipping will be free! If you would like a refund, we will gladly issue you one less the minimal cost of return shipping.

Our Boots Are Unique

We make every effort to keep your web site stock up to date. Because each boot is one of a kind, it is possible, however, that an item you order will become unavailable. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will contact you with other boot options.

Damaged Items

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packaged for delivery. Should an item be damaged in transit or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Because all orders are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company.

Pricing Errors

Cowboy Legends and Dynamis Art are not responsible for typographical and/or pricing errors. We make every effort to have an accurate representation of our products but we are human and sometimes we make mistakes.

Shipping & Taxes

We are located in sunny Santa Fe, New Mexico. All shipments within New Mexico are taxable. We do not charge tax on shipments to other states. Standard shipping costs $14.95 for the first pair of boots and $7 for each additional pair. Contact us for a quote on international shipping.
